Here it isn't even close as the Iberostar Costa Dorada is by far the highest rated all inclusive resorts in florida in Puerto Plata by a wide margin. I have ranked all of the Iberostar resorts and my findings showed that for the price and quality, the Iberostar Costa Dorada is probably one of the best values of the Iberostar Caribbean resorts.
