Iberostar all-inclusive Caribbean hotels rated and ranked

Iberostar all-inclusive hotels rated and ranked according to reviews is something you might want to know if planning a trip to the Caribbean. Iberostar is the leader in luxury all-inclusive resorts with over 100 properties worldwide (check out their video above). The name Iberostar is like the Four Seasons of luxury all-inclusive resort chains. The name Iberostar itself represents a brand of class that speaks for itself.

The Iberostar headquarters are in Palma De Mallorca, Spain. A beautiful small island off the coast of Spain, I had the pleasure of visiting there about 30 years ago. If you are from the U.S. you may not have heard of Iberostar as most of us tend to think of Sandals, Couples, Beaches or Breezes as the primary all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean. While these are fine all-inclusive chains, the Iberostar resorts are in a different league, especially their Grand adults only resorts. In Fact, Trip Advisor reviewers have rated the Iberostar Grand Hotel Paraiso in Cancun as the best all-inclusive resort in the world.

Iberostar usually groups properties in an area such as Punta Cana, Dominican Republic or Montego Bay, Jamaica or Cancun, Mexico. Iberostar provides high-end luxury resorts that fit all budgets as well. The Grand resorts are adults only, but the other properties nearby allow children and aren't quite the over-the-top luxurious as the Grand hotels, yet still very nice.

Here are all the Iberostar hotels in the Caribbean based on reviews, ranked from best to worst.

1. Iberostar Grand Hotel Paraiso, Cancun

2. Iberostar Grand Hotel Bavaro, Punta Cana

3. Iberostar Grand Hotel Rose Hall, Montego Bay

4. Iberostar Rose Hall Suites, Montego Bay

5. Iberostar Paraiso Lindo, Cancun

6. Iberostar Costa Dorado, Punta Cana

7. Iberostar Hacienda Dominicus, Punta Cana

8. Tie between Iberostar Bavaro, Punta Cana and Iberostar Tucan, Cancun

9. Iberostar Paraiso Maya, Cancun

10. Tie between Iberostar Paraiso Beach, Cancun and Iberostar Quetzal Playacar, Cancun

11. Tie between Iberostar Punta Cana and Iberostar Paraiso Del Mar, Cancun

12. Iberostar Dominicana, Punta Cana

13. Iberostar Rose Hall Beach, Montego Bay

14. Iberostar Cozumel

I just checked their website for each of these properties to see what the rate is per night for 2 people in one room, all-inclusive. What I found is that the best value is probably the Iberostar Costa Dorado. There are many others here that are an excellent value, the price doesn't always equal the best.

I have a banner link on the right hand side of the screen for Iberostar's homepage where you can use their calculator on their site to find a hotel and price that works for you, this is also an Iberostar homepage link, be sure to bookmark their homepage for reference in planning your trip. I noticed that most of the travel websites like Expedia don't carry all the Iberostar properties, so their website is more ideal for searching all their properties and booking. The rates for the Grand hotels runs over $450USD per night for a couple, to around $160USD at some of the other hotels, so there is quite a range.

If you're interested I have ranked Sandals resorts and the top ten all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean overall also.

P.S. If you'd like to keep posted on my research about the best Caribbean vacations, be sure to use the buttons to "Follow" on Twitter or "Like" on Facebook, plus then I'll know what I'm writing is helpful to you. Thanks!
